Switalskis are amongst Yorkshire’s largest and most highly regarded firms of solicitors. Named Yorkshire Law Firm of the Year three times, Switalskis offer a wide range of expert legal advice and representation for individuals and businesses from twelve Yorkshire locations.

The Problem

Managing their desktop printer fleet across these different locations was becoming increasingly hard to manage and expensive to run and maintain. With limited resource being pulled from office to office and costs spiralling, Switalskis initially looked for a new photocopier supplier who could integrate a solution with their IT platform - and they found AFP Digital.

The Solution

Initially, AFP Digital focused on the photocopier fleet, bringing in the latest technologies and units which would integrate with and work alongside Switalskis’ IT infrastructure. A phased roll-out of new units soon lead to a review of the desktop printer fleet.

With the installation of the AFP Digital Managed Print Plan, Switalskis soon started to see a reduction in cost and downtime, while valuable IT time was being saved and resource was being freed. Monthly performance and system reviews have ensured that the printer and copier fleet continue to add value to the Switalskis team.
